UASA Culture

TGIM!! That’s right, TGIM. Urological Associates of Southern Arizona, P.C.tries to create a culture where our Physicians and staff are excited to go to work on Mondays. We want our team to love their job, love their work and be motivated to do their very best. This sort of energy is infectious and we believe the majority of our employees feel this way. When we work to create those feelings in employees, our patients are then treated with the utmost care and respect.

Healthcare is changing rapidly and radically. In response, we continuously strive to create a culture that moves the company forward with focus on our purpose (taking care of our patients) and (hopefully) shared accomplishment.

We believe culture goes beyond just hiring the right talent, to include treating employees as valuable assets. How do you demonstrate to your employees that they are valued assets? Invest in their personal and professional growth. Create clear paths for improving skills and responsibility. Enable employees to build skills that support their future goals.

Making employees feel valued is only part of what we try to do. A culture of high performance and collaboration are vital ingredients to a successful team.
